Favorite Breakfast Smoothies

Tuesday, June 06, 2017

Breakfast has never been my favorite meal to eat (at breakfast anyway)
But lately I have found that breakfast smoothies are the best way to get some nutrients at breakfast and actually enjoy eating/ drinking at that time of day.
So today I'm going to share my top 5 favorite breakfast smoothies
Although to be honest you can eat them for any meal!

All of theses smoothies I have found on Pinterest and I will include the original links
For most of them, I have modified the recipe to include protein powder
I like to use these vanilla and chocolate powders as the base.
I also have cholesterol issues (yay genetics) so I tend to add a tablespoon of flax seeds to the mix as well! I have not included this in the recipes.
